Another stakes winner for Consolidator

Consolidator, Florida's No. 2 Second-Crop Sire, picked up another stakes winner on June 26th when his 3-year-old colt Mr Consolidator scorched six furlongs in 1:09 and change to win the $72,000 Snack S. at Indiana Downs.

Trained and owned by Gary Patrick, the bay colt used a determined rally in the stretch to prove best late and earn his first stakes triumph in his first stakes try. Out of the Dynaformer mare To Dy Fore, Mr Consolidator moved his record to 2-3-1 from nine starts with earnings of $80,086. He was bred by Swifty Farms.

Through June 28th, Consolidator has enjoyed 27 winners of $735,215 in 2010 - making him easily the second most productive second-crop sire in the state.
