Bred in Florida by Eugenio Colombo, the chestnut filly is the first foal to race out of the stakes mare Actcellent, by Noactor. Iwillneversaynever is raced by owners Rachel Jacobson and Dominick Auricchio under the care of trainer Bennie Stutts, Jr.
With his 8 winners, Circular Quay is riding high atop the Freshman Sires list in Florida with progeny earnings of $333,479.
