Circular Quay got his third winner from his first crop on July 20 at Calder as Rhondaslemondrop galloped to a front-running 4 1/2-length maiden win going 4 1/2-furlongs.

Circular Quay ranks second on Florida's freshman sire list behind fellow Journeyman Stud first year sire Cowtown Cat. Circular Quay also ranks fifth on the North American first crop sire list in terms of winners.

Rhondaslemondrop was bred in Florida by her owner Gilbert Campbell. Her dam Silver Scandal has produced seven foals, all winners. Her granddam Pattern Step won the Grade 1 Hollywood Oaks and earned $273,225.
