Journeyman Stud's stallion Exclusive Quality had a colt from his first crop bring $100,000 during day 2 of the OBS 2-year-olds in training sale, which runs April 18-21 in Ocala, Florida. The bay colt, named Big Puppy, was also consigned by Journeyman Bloodstock, agent.
Big Puppy was purchased by Mace and Samantha Siegel's Jay Em Ess Stable. The Siegels have been a fixture on the southern California racing circuit for many years.
Big Puppy comes from the mare Choobloo, who has already produced four winner, including a pair of stakes placed horse in Last Stand, third in the Miami Mile Breeders' Cup H. (G3) and the filly Kimme a Star. Choobloo herself was a two-time listed winner who bankrolled in excess of $150,000.

Exclusive Quality set a seven furlong track record at Gulfstream Park and won the Spectacular Bid S. at the south Florida oval. He stands at Journeyman for $4,000, LFS&N.
