Foreman became the latest maiden special weight winner from the first crop of Bwana Charlie, as the 2-year-old colt won a 10-horse heat at Mountaineer Park the night of Nov. 2nd.

After just missing by a neck with a stout late rally in his career debut only nine days earlier, Foreman returned on short rest and was quick to clear his maiden condition, rallying again and drawing off late by 1 ½ lengths.

Trained and owned by Kevin Conto, the bay colt is out of the Louis Quatorze mare Chemistry. He was bred in Florida by Pamela Edel.

Bwana Charlie, a multiple graded stakes-winning son of Indian Charlie, is currently a Top 5 Freshman Sire in Florida with 10 winners and progeny earnings exceeding $265,000.
