Journeyman Stud’s Wildcat Heir saw several of his first Select 2-year-olds blaze the track at the OBS February Select Sale Under Tack Show Feb. 13th over the local SafeTrack surface.

A pair of colts by Wildcat Heir accounted for works under 10 seconds for an eight of a mile, as Hip 12, out of the Centrust mare Katie McLaury, and Hip 51, out of the Mt. Livermore mare Premier Peak, stopped the clock in 9.4 seconds.

Two by Wildcat Heir zipped through a quarter of a mile in 21 seconds flat, including Hip 10, a colt out of the Allen’s Prospect mare Julie’s Prospect, and Hip 180, a filly out of the Sword Dance (Ire) mare Fast Lisa. Only 10 juveniles breezed a faster time at the distance.

The OBS February Sale for Select 2-year-olds is Tuesday, Feb. 17th.
