Vexor, winner of the Grade 2 Nashua S. in his last start, will line up for Friday's inaugural Breeders' Cup Sprint as one of the top choices in the $500,000, six furlong race. The chestnut colt is by Wildcat Heir, Florida's leading sire of 2011 who is the only stallion in the Sunshine state with progeny earnings in excess of $4 million.

Vexor is 2-1-0 in four starts, breaking his maiden at Saratoga. His only off the board finish came in the slop at Saratoga. The chestnut colt was bred in Florida and is owned by Gold Mark Farm LLC. He was purchased for $90,000 at the 2010 OBS select yearling sale.
