As the first day of the Mar. 16-17 OBS Selected sale of 2-year-old wound down, a sturdy looking son of Wildcat Heir entered the auction ring as the second-to-last horse of the day to sell. When the bidding was finished, the colt brought a price of $200,000, one of the top 10 sellers on the day.

Consigned as Hip No. 160 by Scanlon Training Center, Agent, the bay colt was purchased by LRK, Inc. He had worked a eighth mile in a quick :10 3/5 seconds in the under tack preview show. Click here to watch the video of the work.

The colt, named Kiss This Twice, is out of Kisses and Hugs and is a half-brother to Wall Street Wonder, winner of the Paumonok H.

Another Wildcat Heir colt, Hip No. 254, sold on the second day for $85,000, more than 10 times his 2010 stud fee of $8,000. The bay juvenile was consigned by Tony Bowling's All in Sales, Agent, and went to buyer D.M.I. The colt's family is loaded with black-type horses and includes Kentucky Derby prospect Uh Oh Bango.

Wildcat Heir is already represented by four stakes horses in 2010, including the winners Richiegirlgonewild, winner of the Old Hat S. (G3) and Dances With Ashley, who took the OBS Filly Sprint S.
