Wildcat Heir colt tops session at F-T KY Fall

A colt from the first crop of Journeyman Stud’s Wildcat Heir topped the final session of the three-day Fasig-Tipton Kentucky Fall Yearlings Sale on Oct. 23rd in Lexington, Ky., selling for $107,000.

Out of the Line In the Sand mare Light Line, the colt – selling towards the very end of the sale as Hip No. 1062 – commanded the six-figure tag and was signed for by Elwaleed A. Mousa. He was bred in Florida by J & J Equine Investment and was originally sold earlier this season as a short yearling at the OBS Winter Mixed Sale in January for $30,000. Wendy Noel Sales consigned the colt at Fasig-Tipton as agent.
