Leading Freshman Sire Wildcat Heir got two more maiden winners from his near-record-setting first crop Saturday, Dec. 5th, running his total to 37 winners – just one off of Chapel Royal’s world record of 38 for a first-crop stallion.

Miles Heir and To Heir Is Human, a pair of colts, broke their maidens at Fair Grounds and Calder, respectively. The former was extra-impressive in victory, romping by 6 ½ lengths in a $43,000 maiden special weight race for 2-year-olds for trainer Steve Asmussen.
