Island Music battled to a neck maiden win Friday night at Charles Town, giving Florida's leading freshman sire Circular Quay his tenth winner this year.

Circular Quay, whose winners include the undefeated winner of the $300,000 My Dear Girl S. Verso a Verso, will stand the 2013 season at Journeyman Stud for $4,000 stands and nurses.

Circular Quay's ten winners have amassed earnings of $434,637, nearly $140,000 more than any other Florida first-crop sire. The earnings number also puts him in the top 15 on the North American Freshman sire list.
